Building a Global Innovation Ecosystem
We partnered with Samsung Next to build an ecosystem that supports entrepreneurs as they innovate tomorrow’s groundbreaking technologies.
Founded in 2010 with the mission to identify shapeshifting technologies at an early stage, we partnered with Samsung Next to build a global ecosystem that enables Samsung to remain one of the world’s most innovative companies.
Based out of key hubs such as Tel Aviv, Silicon Valley, New York City, Berlin and Seoul, we worked closely together with Samsung Next’s teams to connect the local needs of entrepreneurs with Samsung’s global scale and resources.

At a local level, each team acted independently to lead partnerships, host events, and establish content formats (such as podcast studios, conferences, workshops) with the goal of building relationships with investors, media, conferences, and other key players in each ecosystem.
At the global level, we developed processes for sharing best practices and restructuring teams to collaborate across geographies and focus areas.
Ultimately, through an updated mission statement, website, content and social strategy, we helped Samsung Next to position its global ecosystem at the core of its value proposition.

Within the three year period of our collaboration, Samsung Next connected with thousands of founders, invested in startups and gained crucial insights through its close ties to local tech ecosystems.
Among other outcomes, Next's investments, acquisitions and strategic insights have helped to launch SmartThings, Samsung’s IoT platform installed on 1 billion+ devices, guide the development of its smart kitchen infrastructure and launch Samsung’s global “Age of Experience” campaign in 2020.
