The Future of Community Report

A report about how community creates culture, and how brands must fundamentally understand it in order to credibly play in it.

In early 2020 we partnered with TCO Lab to participate in The Future of Community Report. TCO Lab is the insights lab of London-based agency TCO, the creators of community-driven magazine Huck and culture-focused brand campaigns.

Aimed specifically at brands working with communities, the report focuses on the importance of being authentic, honest and transparent about your motives or intentions for working with communities – especially pre existing communities. Taking time to really listen to your community and treating them with care and respect to understand what good, services or opportunities will genuinely benefit them.
