Melinda Elmborg: How to Measure Community Performance

Earlier this spring, our friend Mathias put us in contact with Melinda after he attended her workshop at Fast Track Malmö. Her being a metrics expert, we were curious to get her take on how to measure community efforts. Defining community metrics is always a hot topic among our network, and it usually creates more questions than answers. So we challenged Melinda to come up with a short guideline for measuring a community's performance:
